This hotel had everything we needed and more, great pool, the breakfast was (as my 13 year old said) the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! Lots of hot and cold options and the coffee was really good! The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Bonnie. She informed us of local restaurants etc and helped us with all the accommodations we needed for our stay. She has a great customer service ethic! We very much enjoyed our brief stay here and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

The provision of separate pool towels was a thoughtful touch, preventing the depletion of room towels. The breakfast offerings were fresh and of good quality. Omg Matthew was super nice. He greeted me with a smile. Told me about the breakfast in the morning. We talked and laughed. The hotel was clean and neat. The breakfast crew was super nice and friendly. The whole staff was nice.

I liked that the hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations in that manner. The rooms were immaculate, the dining area for breakfast was neat and clean. I like the man that checked me in, he was kind and patient. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was delicious. The breakfast had a nice variety, except they were out of eggs when I got to the buffet.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and entertainment. They accommodate a dog. We were moving here, but until we picked up a guest bed, we had an empty house. It was just what we needed for the final night of our travels to move to Cape Coral.

The staff bailed out Booking.com who dropped the ball. I showed up for my reservation I made with Booking.com and they didn't know anything about it. Fortunately they had a room for me and it was cheaper than Booking.com.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. As Europeans, we really felt the American vibe of this hotel just as in the Hollywood movies. The rooms were pretty clean ! Little side drawbacks to be picky, as we are in the country of the oranges, we would have loved to have real orange juice at the breakfast.

Very last minute stay, staff were polite and friendly. Clean room of a good size, nice to have the extra space on the balcony
