Mary-Jane demonstrated exceptional customer service by promptly resolving the room mix-up and accommodating our request for adjoining rooms. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding and a delightful balcony view. The bathrooms were generously sized and well-equipped. The housekeeping staff maintained impeccable standards, ensuring a spotless and pleasant environment. The provision of separate pool towels was a thoughtful touch, preventing the depletion of room towels. The breakfast offerings were fresh and of good quality. The innovative pancake machine added a unique and enjoyable element to the dining experience. It was evident that the establishment prioritized guest safety and satisfaction, taking commendable measures to ensure a worthwhile experience for their patrons.

Your wait staff at the front desk, and the breakfast area are exceptional! Hotels very clean and in a nice area close to good restaurants. Molly and Paige were so nice and made me feel like I was right at home. I didn't use the pool but I know it was heated, which would have been nice! We only stayed two nights, but I would highly recommend it and definitely would stay there again.

The bed was comfortable.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants and entertainment. They accommodate a dog. We were moving here, but until we picked up a guest bed, we had an empty house. It was just what we needed for the final night of our travels to move to Cape Coral.
